Thomas LOOKABILL Obituary
On Thursday the 1st of June Thomas Howard Lookabill went to join his wife Rosemarie Lookabill in the presence of the Lord. He was born in Thomasville, North Carolina in 1932 and was an only child to his parents Thomas Jefferson Lookabill and Alice Lookabill. He attended Greer College in Chicago for diesel mechanic school before joining the Air Force to fight in the Korean War. He was last stationed at the radar base in Colville, Washington which is where he met the love of his life Rosemarie Hendricks who preceded him in passing in 2003. Staying in the Spokane area he worked for many of the trucking companies including Consolidated Freightways, P.I. E, Arrow Transportation and finally retiring keeping the trucks all running for Darigold on Francis. He was one of the founding members of the Spokane Yacht Club and loved boating, hunting and spending time with family. He is survived by his son Thomas Alan Lookabill and his daughter Joyce Ann Roberts. He also was a grandfather to Parker Douglas Roberts and Nikki Marie Roberts as well as Thomas Anthony Lookabill, Tiffany Marie Casedy, Breanna Michelle Regalado and Skyler Alan Lookabill. In addition to that he is leaving behind five great-grandchildren. A graveside service with Military Honors will take place at Greenwood Memorial Terrace 211 N. Government Way, Spokane, WA 99224 on Saturday the 24th of June at 10:30 am. Online condolences may be posted at www.hennesseyfuneralhomes.com.
