Teresa Hyer

HYER, Teresa Age 95, of Redington Beach, died Feb. 12, 2010 at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg. She was born in New York City and had been a resident of Florida since 1975, coming from Manhasset, NY. She was an active member of St. Jerome's Catholic Church in Largo as a member of the Eucharist Ministry Team, Altar and Rosary Society and Martha and Mary Guild. Survivors include her husband Edward J. Dickert; son Raymond Hyer (Kathleen); daughters, Therese Reich (Heio), Mary Claire Shuman (Barry), Jane Gomez (Robert), Kathryn Hyer (James Soley), Marlene Kern (John); brother, Martin Kazmaier; 17 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her first husband, Raymond T. Hyer, who passed away in 1967. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on today, Feb. 15th, at 11:30 am at St. Jerome's Catholic Church in Largo. Visitation hours are scheduled on Monday from 9 am to 10:45 am at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, Serenity Gardens Chape in Largo. Interment will take place in Holy Rood Catholic Cemetery in Westbury, NY.
