Emmanuel Fellouzis Obituary

FELLOUZIS, Emmanuel Louis age 81 of Largo, passed away Monday, May 30, 2011. Born on Oct. 1, 1929, in East Liverpool, OH. He was a 1947 graduate of East Liverpool High School and attended the Baltimore School of Photography, Ohio State University, and served in the United Stated Army. Owner of M & A Motors and Fort Steuben Importing and Auction Company in Steubenville, OH. He served as President of the Parish Council of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church 1989-1990. Elected an Archon of the Greek Orthodox Church in 1991, and in 1994 was on the Foundation Board of Trustees, City of Clearwater. Nominated Ahepan of the year in 1995 - 1996, Supreme President of KEPA, Local President and Treasurer of the local Chapter of KEPA and member of the Dunedin Rotary Club. Loved and missed dearly by his wife Mary (Pipo) Fellouzis; children Susan (Michael) Stanley, Maryann Fellouzis, Jeffrey (Connie) Fellouzis, Lisa (Francis) Umbel, Emmanuel Fellouzis, Jr., and sisters Mary Curtis and Nickie Chopra; plus many grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceeded in death by parents Louis and Sophia from the Island of Karpathos, Greece; sister, Anna Karageorge and brother, Lambrose Fellouzis. Visitation will be at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 409 South Old Coachman Road on Thursday, June 2, 2011, from 6 - 8 pm. Trisagion at 7 pm. The funeral will be Friday June 3, 2011, at 11 am at the church. Entombment to follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
