Giuseppe Calello Obituary

CALELLO, Giuseppe 84 of Clearwater passed away June 13, 2011. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather and is survived by his devoted wife of over 58 years, Caterina; sons, Michael (Jeanine), Frank (Maria) and Tony (Peggy); daughters, Letitia (Bob) Sutton and Tonella (Joe) Quinto; 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is his sister, Marianna Puglisi. He was predeceased by his brothers, Domenico and Antonio. Giuseppe came to the U.S. in 1970 from his native land of Spilinga Provincia Vibo Valentio, Italy and settled in Kenilworth, NJ from 1970-1995. He relocated to Clearwater in December, 1995. Giuseppe was blessed with a loving family and will be dearly missed by all. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 17 from 5-9 pm at Curlew Hills Funeral Home 1750 Curlew Road, Palm Harbor. A Mass of the Resurrection will be offered on Saturday at Light of Christ Catholic Church with entombment to follow at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Suncoast Hospice. www.curlewhills.com
