To Roberto's Family,
I had the pleasure to work with Robert for many years at Agostino's Restaurante from 1980-1986 and we had the best of times learning from Robert all about "real" authentic Italian gourmet meals and how they are prepared and presented in the most professional manner. Robert always told people he was "Roman" and not Italian and had many, many girlfriends chasing him after work. Robert lived near me and I helped him complete the sale of his Coquina Key house and he was at my wedding. I saw him at Grazzi's several times and he was still a proud "Roman" (he had a profile that belonged on a gold coin). Robert was a great person to have known and been friends with during the 80's. My deepest condolences and my heart goes out to the whole family! Sincerely,
Karl and Leslie Gunther

It is difficult to think you are not here with us after being part of my life for so many, many years. You already are dearly missed. I pray you have a kitchen in heaven so you can still make great meals for us when we find you again.
Love, Patou
