Over the years my path has crossed many men, few could ever accomplish what Tim was able to do. I was the Facility Engineer at the American Bridge US Steel Plant in Elmira New York and Tim worked for me. Besides being highly skilled in all phases of Maintenance, Tim was an extraordinary person as an individual. May God Blee Tim as well as his family. W> A> Chimley USS Retired
