Hazel E. Moore Hazel Elizabeth Moore, age 89, of Amissville died on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Fauquier Hospital. She was born in Fairfax on November 1, 1921 a daughter of Major Garfield Robey and Ludie Mae Robey.

Mrs. Moore was a homemaker and enjoyed flower gardening and her dogs, Molly and Mark. She was quite artistic and among other things, liked to knit, crochet and paint. Mrs. Moore was a member of the Harley HOGS and the American Legion Post 72 Auxiliary.

Her husband, R.B. Moore, daughter, Charlotte Hanback and grandson, Russell Dean Lassiter, preceded her in death.

She is survived by two children; Jannett (Suzie) Anderson of Winchester, and Larry (Sam) R. Moore of Culpeper. Mrs. Moore was the grandmother of Charlene Frazier, Karen Bonds, Stacy Anderson, L. Travis Moore and Jessica Wharton and great-grandmother of Jordan Frazier, Britaney Hight, Tiffany Frazier, Lindsay Frazier, Destini Hight and Josephine Wharton.

Friends may call at Moser Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 from 10 to 11 a.m. where a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. with Rev. Sandy Martin officiating. Inurnment Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton. Memorial Contributions may be made to Little Fork Fire and Rescue, 6011 Rixeyville Road, Rixeyville, VA 22737. Arrangements by
