Florence Viola Johnson

Johnson, Florence Viola (nee Aydt) Age 94, of Robbinsdale, Beloved Mother & Grandmother. Florence was born March 15, 1916 in St. Michael, MN, passed away on October 28, 2010 in Robbinsdale, MN into the loving arms of our Lord. Preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Wilbur Johnson; and first husband, Charles Gale and infant son, Wayne Gale; parents, William and Kathryn Aydt; brothers, Ray, Lester, Walter, Gerald, Clarence and Floyd Aydt; sisters, Evelyn Lehn, Irene Gorman, Dorothy Bursch, Marjorie DeValk and LaVerne Landry. Survived by daughters, Janet (Steve) Thompson and Cecile (Lloyd) Nelson; granddaughter, Jessica Richardson; numerous nieces & nephews. Florence treasured her time with family and friends, she enjoyed her backyard wild-life, feeding & watching the birds & squirrels and tending to many potted plants. She enjoyed cleaning and participating in the simple pleasures of homemaking activities. Florence was the last of twelve siblings, and a very loving, unselfish beautiful soul. She will be greatly missed by her family. Visitation 6-8 PM Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010, at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 West Broadway. Funeral Wednesday, Nov. 3rd at 10 AM at the Church of St. Raphael, 7301 Bass Lake Rd, Crystal, with visitation one hour prior to service.
