I am visiting in Madrid and I looked up the name of Harold Bakken, to see if I could visit with him, while I am vacationing here. I used to work with Harold at the University of Minnesota and I knew that he had moved to Spain, upon his retirement. I was hoping to find him and I am greatly saddened to read of his death. Harold was a credit to the University of Minnesota and was a warm and interesting person.
