Arnoldy, Catherine V. (nee Eichhorst) 81, of Orono, born April 25, 1930 in Altura, MN, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, July 20, 2011. Preceded in death by her husband, Harold Arnoldy. She will be deeply missed by her children David and Jon, daughter-in-law Christy, grandchildren Ryan, Maura, and Blake Arnoldy; sisters, Marie and Patricia and many family members and friends. Catherine was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was very active in the lives of her grandchildren. Her smile could light up a room and came easily at the sight of her family and friends. Thank you to the caregivers at Cornerstone Health Care over the past year. Funeral is Tuesday, August 2nd, review at 10 AM, service at 11 AM at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Wayzata, and interment at Fort Snelling following lunch at the church. Memorials preferred to St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Wayzata.
