Pryd, Sharon L. Age 68, passed away peacefully on Nov. 5, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. It was with strength & determination that she earned the journey home with dignity & pride. Born Sharon Lee Ralston in Mpls, MN on June 30, 1943. She is survived by a loving family: faithful husband, Richard of Maple Grove; children, Scott (Monica); Lexann Reischl (Rick); Paige Prater (Jim); Richard Jr.; grandchildren, Nicholas, Tyler, Alexander, Sydney, Alexie; brother, Charles Lahti; mother-in-law Dora Bittle; sister-in-law Carol (Gary Obermiller; nieces & nephew, Kristina, Todd, Karl, Bob, & John. Sharon was predeceased by her mother & father, Jennifer & Robert Lahti, birth mother, Joan Nierengarten. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wed., Nov. 9, 2011 at 11:00 am at St. Gerard's Catholic Church, 9600 Regent Ave. N., Brooklyn Park, visitation 1 hour prior. A private interment is planned at Lakewood Cemetery in Mpls.

We have special memories of knowing Sharon for 20 years at Camp Brigadoon.
