To George's family,

I met George back in (well, anyway I met George along time ago). I took a LUTC class that he taught. George was always passionate about what he did and he carried it throught his life. He use to talk about the Mpls Aqu..his cabin, stain glass etc... We talked every couple of years just to keep in touch. He was just one of those guys that made you feel OK.

I was just going to call George again, since I hadn't talked to him in several years. Just to see how he was doing....now I know he is at peace.

Thank you George and your family.. Your inspriation has made a difference in my life.

Dear Fran and family,

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I always enjoyed George's company when he visited the development office when I was still at RCS. It was always a pleasure seeing him at the gala. What a sweet and caring man! May the joy-filled memories you have of George serve as the light that guides you through the dark and difficult days you face without him. He will be smiling upon you from above.

With sincere condolences,

Dear Fran, Kate & Family,

A couple of lines from a poem go:
"The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other's life.
Rarely do members of one family grow up under the same roof."
George was that bond. His open joy at meeting new people of hearing their story & telling his own was infectious. I will miss his stories and miss the opportunity to tell him more of mine.
With love & hugs.

Dear Fran, Kate and Family,

We offer you our condolences while we think and talk about George's great exuberance for life. We remember spending wonderful times with Frannie and George shortly after they were married when we, too, were relative newly weds. George's quick wit, Irish good humor, and unflagging generosity of spirit made him an effusive and generous host and friend. We know that his spirit lives on.

Nonna(Fran) and Auntie Katie,
Papa(George) always had a smile, a hug, and a kiss for us. He meant so much to so many people. Papa had so much insight and love to share with all of us. He always saw the best and the beauty in everything. Papa will be missed dearly, and will continue to be in our hearts always. Veda said to me," Papa is up in heaven now, he has wings! He can look out that special window up there and see all of us..." Our prayers are with you both.
With Love and Sympathy,
Mary and Veda

Dearest Frannie & Kate

Our journey with George was a long one. We looked to him as a mentor and friend in our Aquatennial days. We shared our common love for the lovely lakes in Annandale. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals shared together at some of the "fine" dining establishments in our lovely town.

We will miss your wit, your twinkling eyes, your love for life. Rest well, Sir George.

Fran,

I have great memories of our times with you and George and Tom and Kate up at the cabin. George would always try to get us three boys to start our day off right by jumping in the lake.

I never did; but George always seemed to know how to maximize life.

He is also one of the people that inspired me in my choice of career.

It seems everywhere I go, if I bump into anyone with more than twenty years in the business, they knew who George Murnane was.

We love you,

John Rusciano, CLU ChFC (and Family)
