I am shattered. The man I respected for his humanity, professionalism, warmth, and sincerity, who stayed at my house when we went to visit the FA in London, has passed away, and now is the first I knew of it. RIP Ken.

Ken was great boss and a good friend. I first met Ken in 1988 for a job interview where the job was described as “stuff” hits the fan every day. Ken asked me what I thought of that, to which I said it sounds like fun and was hired. Ken proved to be a great manager with his skill of keeping the “stuff” away from his staff which allowed us to do some really kick but programming. Ken always met life head on, even during and after the his neck operations. Ken was also very colorful, he is the only guy I knew who could express himself with his favorite words no matter if he could speak or not. I miss Ken and his bigger than life personally.

We enjoyed many good times with Ken, most revolving around Minnesota Volleyball. I was touched when Ken took the time several years ago to come watch the HS team I was coaching. Ken was a fine friend, and is missed.

I only had the chance to meet Ken on a couple of occassions but we enjoyed great conversations. It is widely known that Ken made terrific contributions while working at Sons of Norway. For that we are extremely thankful.
My condolences to Ken's family and loved ones.

Ken was the IT Manager who gave me a shot at improving my skills and growing when the company I had been with couldn't or wouldn't. During my interview at SONs, he asked me to name a weakness. On my first day at Sons of Norway, I found a self-guided tutorial on that topic waiting for me in my cubby. Ken was so much fun to work with and learn from. We had a blast with the USA Cup - Ken was so excited to be a part of the event and would make sure we were volunteering to do registration or work at the soccer fields. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and loved ones.

Ken was my friend and former boss. I had the pleasure of working for him for 10 out of the 18 years he worked for Sons of Norway. He made many advances for us in the area of technology and groomed me from day 1 to take his place when he left. We are still reaping the benefits for the good decisions he made for us at Sons of Norway.
I will toast a Scotch to Ken on Sunday.

I have so many wonderful, and fun, memories of Ken. He came every year to visit us in Durango. He continued to come even after Rollie, my husband, died as he said "why not - you are my friend!" I can never go up into the mountains on the jeep roads without thinking of Ken. I will miss him so much.

I never knew Kenneth, but I do know his brother Alan. My condolences to the family. A celebration of a life permits the family to remember together. It gives them time to tell stories of there loved one and I've always preferred that to some sterile ceremony.
