Jay Paul Van Valkenburg

Van Valkenburg, Jay Paul 53, of McKinley, WI, died May 13, 2011 at his home. He was born August 24, 1957 in Minneapolis, MN to Paul and Ardys (Lundmark) Van Valkenburg. He was married in Minneapolis, MN on June 30, 1995 to Jean Salgren. Jay loved his Black Lab, Nomi. He was a talented machinist, who also enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his nephews. He used his intelligence to assist others less fortunate. Preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife, Jean, of Cumberland; daughter, Dawn (Nick) Hydukovich of St. Paul, MN; mother, Ardys Van Valkenburg, of Palm Desert, CA; 2 sisters, Susan (Phil) Dudek, of Palm Desert, CA; Carole (Tony Gernert) Van Valkenburg-Gernert, of Maple Grove, MN; niece, Paige (Chris) Carlson; 4 nephews, Mike, Erik and Luke Anton, and Josh Van Valkenburg-Gernert.
