I worked with Mr. Cargal at the TABC in the late 1960's and early 1970's. He was always positive and cheerful...a truly gentle man. He made this world a better place for all who knew him.

"Mr. C" was such a good man. I worked for/with him prior to his retirement. I would go in his office just before quitting time, and he would tell me stories! Since he raided bootleggers in my home town of Crowell, we had some things in common. He always had a smile on his face and would do whatever it took to help people. God has a good man with Him now!!!

Mr. Cargal was one of the dearest and sweetest men I ever knew. I was lucky enough to have him as my boss in Licensing at TABC. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
