Charles was a volunteer narrator at the Texas State Library, Volunteer Recording Studio. He was an early morning volunteer and I worked with him often. What a wonderful person he was -- kind and thoughtful. He made the studio some pencil holders, too. I am sorry for your loss. --Patsy Alvarez (retired); [email protected]
