1936-2013
Our beloved David Acosta Luna, age 77, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 10, 2013.
We love you Grandpa (Papa)-Gabriel, Timothy and Megan.
He was preceded in death by his children Gabriel L. Luna and David Luna Jr.
Mr. Luna is survived by his siblings Benjamin Luna, Rudy Luna (Lupe), Jesse Luna (Olivia), Linda Nunez (Raul); grandson Gabriel Luna (Smaranda); daughter-in-law Deborah Luna; numerous nieces and nephews
Recitation of Holy Rosary 7:00 p.m., Friday at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel 6204 South First Street. (South). Funeral Service 10:00 a.m., Saturday at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in memory of David Acosta Luna to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital P.O. Box 1000 Dept 142 Memphis, TN 38101-9908.

I just learned of your passing David you were and always will be as I'm concerned as the best Tile Setter I had the privilege of working with for many years I will always cherish the knowledge you gave me to be a tile setter myself and the work ethic to hard work paying off. I truly thank you and will always have you and your family in my prayers.
