Yong Soon Carroll Yong Soon Carroll, age 61, of Killeen, Texas, died Friday, June 6, 2008, in Killeen, Texas. Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Quanah First United Methodist Church with Rev. Lloyd Stice, officiating. Burial will be in Quanah Memorial Park under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. Ms. Carroll was born on December 25, 1946 in Okku-Kun, South Korea to Yi, Chong Myong and Mun, A Ki. She and Earl Carroll were married in the American Embassy on April 19, 1974 in Seoul, South Korea. She was a homemaker and longtime resident of San Antonio, Texas and for the past 6 years a resident of Killeen, Texas. She was a member of the Killeen St. Luke Methodist Church and the Big Joy Sr. Citizens Class. She was preceded in death by one daughter Jennifer Carroll in 1981. She is survived by her husband, Earl B. Carroll of Killeen, TX; two daughters, Cindy Carroll of Killeen, TX and Kimberly Carroll of Killeen, TX; mother, Mun, A Ki of Gyeonggido Gwachen City, South Korea; sister, Lee, Jung Hee of Gyeonggido Gwachen City, South Korea; and brother, Yi, Lee, Dae Won of Gyenggido Gwachen City, South Korea.
