I did not have the pleasure of knowing Connor; however, I feel your loss. My son was killed in a car accident on March 3rd. He was 16 years and 56 days old. Unfortunately, I know VERY MUCH what you are feeing and how your days are going to be. I am praying for you and your family!

Even though I have not seen or spoken to Connor in many years, I am having a tough time getting over this tragedy. It's hard for me to imagine what the family is going through right now. When I think of Connor, I still think of him as a little kid, even though clearly he has grown up. It is always shocking to hear of an unexpected death of a young person and is especially devastating when it's someone you know. I'm so sorry this happened and hope you all can be okay again.

Connor, I didn't know you, but was friends with your mother in the same schools from kindergarten all the way to high school graduation. When your mom talked about you and your brother, it as obvious how she glowed in pride for you both. She ate, slept and breathed you boys! Her life was for you two. I know she will never forget you and will miss you eternally. Although I didn't know you, had only met you a few times, I do know your mother and it saddens me that she has lost her champion angel. My heart aches for the grief that she will bear, but I also know she will see you again. Connor..please continue to show your mom your presence and that you are watching over her. The love for you was obvious at your celebration of life....it was a packed house like I've never seen before. Enjoy playing perfect golf on the most beautiful greens in heaven.

I remember meeting Connor and his brother for the first time at the family photos I did for them with Melissa and it always stuck with me how sweet and close the boy were with each other and their mother. Not your typical boys. Connor was so sweet and goofing off with silly photos and hugging his mom. In that one small way he touched my heart forever and stuck in my soul as the sweet loving boy he was. Heaven gained a sweet angel and earth lost a really good one.

Connor will be missed by many. His memory will be as a polite, kind and talented man. I remember playing mini golf with him, Colin, and Alexis. We always hung around Alexis and Colin as the 3rd and 4th wheels, happily. He was taken much too soon from this world. Heaven gained one hell of an angel. Sending all my love, prayers, and support to Connor's family and friends. Enjoy playing golf up in the stars Connor. We miss you dearly.
