Mr. Avies Olen Noell

LAKELAND, FL - Avies Olen Noell, 98, died March 7, 2010, with his family at his side in Lakeland, Fla. A viewing will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 11, with services immediately following at 2 p.m. at Hardin's Chapel in Ragland. The Rev. Doug Ford will officiate. Mr. Noell was born Oct. 2, 1911, in Lincoln, to Colonel Andrew and Nellie Mae Noell. He has spent the last 14 years in Lakeland, Fla. Mr. Noell is survived by his son, Russell Noell of Lakeland, Fla.; and daughter, Anita Brannon of Riverside; along with 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
