We both worked at St. Michael's in the food service department for years when Pete was the head supervisor.
He always treated the employees with respect.
Bob enjoyed working with him in the kitchen and really appreciated Pete sharing his knowledge of all aspects of food service.
All these years later we have fond memories of him and speak highly of him.
Our sympathy to his family for their loss.

WOW such a loss, I enjoyed his delicious food during my 13 day stay at Saint Michael's back in 1979 or so. I always ordered 2 entrees!(delicious)Pete sure could cook! Some years later my bride- to- be and I hired him to cater our wedding reception! He sure had a knack for food.
Years later he catered a pig roast for my class reunion at Standing Rocks Park.
Food was all ways PERFECT!Thank you for the memories Pete, Larry Schultz.
