Lee Beaver was such a great person! His family, his wife Reba, would vacation and spend time with my grandparents and our families. They were both dear friends and so sorry to hear of his passing. Now he will be with Reba and his other friends in a very special place! Thoughts and prayers are with the Beaver family.

As a young man Lee was my Sunday School teacher. While in an unpleasant employment situation that left me angry and confused he was my mentor. As a senior executive constantly faced with ethical decisions he was my role model. In all of life Lee was my hero. Thank you Lee for being you and caring for me and my family.

Dear Doug and Jan, and Betsy,

Your Dad was my first cousin, and a remarkable man, husband and father. Above all, he was a dedicated Christian who reflected Christ to everyone whose life he touched.

So many wonderful memories of your Mom and Dad--where can I begin? Memories of visits to your home in Bellerive Acres in St. Louis during the Christmas holidays, memories of their visit to Guatemala with Aunt Ida, you and Betsy, spending time with them in Germany while they were on tour, and visits with them here in Florida. Our loss is heaven's gain, and although we will miss them both, we are glad that he is finally home, reunited with Reba, his mother and father, and the rest of his family who has gone before.

Unfortunately we are unable to attend the memorial services, but you will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

Charles and Claudia Digby, Tampa, Florida

Dear Doug & Betsy,

Though your Dad was my first cousin, I am closer in age to you. I always appreciated his kindnesses to my missionary parents & enjoyed visiting Lee & Reba when my husband & I were in Florida.

I look forward to seeing you both again at his service & visitation tomorrow. Both your parents have left a wonderful legacy!

Our love & prayers,

Carol Digby Bates. & husband, George E. Bates

Dear Doug and Betsy,

Your dad was a man whose life was a living witness of his deep faith in God. My memories of him as my only uncle are dear to me. May you be comforted by your many wonderful memories of him, and may he rest in peace; he has been reunited with Dad, Reba, and Grandma and Grandpa.
Love,
Ellen

Lee could always be counted on for wise oounsel. Indeed, his life served as examples of Christian conduct, good stewardship, honesty and integrity. Lee will be missed by many for his life touched, often in profound ways, the lives of all around him.
We pray for Lee and Reba's family. We praise God for Lee's homegoing and celebration in heaven. God is good all the time.

Lee and Reba were wonderful friends to us and many others. They mentored many young married couples and loved us like we were their own children. We have many, many fond memories of times we spent with them both in St. Louis and in Florida. We look forward to seeing them in heaven.
