Beloved son Miles & Annette Parker; dear grandson of Mary Marchesi & the late Frank Marchesi; dear brother of Frank Parker; dear nephew of Geri (James) Barbarotta, Carol (Brendan) Bute & Dominic Gianino & the late Rosalie Gianino & Salvatore Marchesi; our dear cousins and friend.Services: Funeral from COLONIAL Mortuary Hoffmeister-Kriegshauser Funeral Directors, 6464 Chippewa at Watson on Mon., Feb. 27, 2006, 9:30 a.m. to St. Ambrose Catholic Church for mass celebrated at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. I ran into Sam tonight and asked about Tony. So I just found out an hour and a half ago. Tony was my neighbor and became one of my dearest friends. He was so good to myself and my son Brennan. For MANY years he would drop off birthday and christmas gifts for Us. He bought me a dress for my first date with my now husband. When I walked down the isle at my wedding I broke my silence and grace when I saw him and waved with joy "Omigosh Hi Tony!". The whole church turned to look at the guy I was happily waving to! LOL! I couldnt figure out why Tony stopped returning my calls, its been bothering me for years. I hoped he had found love and a happily ever after and thats why he no longer had time for us, I so wish that would have been the case. I never got to introduce him to my daughter. He would have loved her, I know it. My heart is breaking right now. Thinking of our long talks on his front porch. The many heated arguements with Frank and Randy (lol) The "could you PLEASE keep it down the baby is sleeping" requests. Teasing Sam. Drag racing....crazy boys!Helping him get ready for his first date with Jen. HIm helping me get ready for mine with Keith. He was always willing to help me with Brennan. I miss you Tony. I am so very sad and sorry I couldnt say goodbye and can't believe he is gone. Could someone please tell me where he is buried so Brennan, myself and my daughter can put some flowers on his grave and say our goodbyes. [email protected]

Oh my goodness. I had absolutely NO idea of Tony's passing. I am in total shock. Tony and I dated back in 2002 and that is the last I had seen him. Tony was one of my parents good friends and the only time i ever saw him was when he would come over for the weekend get togethers my parents had where the boys of the hill that grew up together would hang out, usually at our house. Each person that came every weekend brought special light to the house and tony was so special. As a teenager, I was going through times where i wanted to hang out with friends and of course boys so Tony always told me that he had to meet every guy before I was allowed to go out. I felt as though Sam, Frank, and Tony were like my bodyguards and even though Tony is no longer with us I know he is still watching over everyone. Even though he is gone doesnt mean he cant hear or see you. I know that when my parents and Sam and Frank get together every weekend Tony is with them laughing at all the goofy things they do. As quiet as Tony was, every word that came out of his mouth was something smart or just stupid that made you want to laugh or just think. He was an amazing man that came from the nicest parents and he had the best brother and I know that he will always be remembered. Tony was so loved and he had so many great friends. HERES TO YOU TONY..... SAM, FRANK, MIKE, AND PAT!!!!!!!!!

I only had a moment to experience

Tony but in that moment his light shined and his love for you was in the forefront. He made a statement to me that I will never forget and in that moment of him making his statement I could see the love of God all around him.

I am so sorry for your loss and the loss to this world of a fine, caring, decent man who only wanted to be loved. The moment of his passing I know in my heart that he felt a love that he would never have found on this earth.

I keeping trying to find the right words, but all I can think to say is Tony was a very special person and he will be missed more than he'll ever know. He'd never expect anyone to make a fuss over him.
