Betty Carlin Obituary

Carlin, M.D., Betty Price died on December 20, 2013 at home at the age of 93 after a two year illness. Born in Scotland. Emigrated to U.S. at the age of 6. Graduated from University of Maine in 1943 and from Yale University School of Medicine in 1947. Long career in Public Health Administration in the St. Louis County Department of Health. Survived by M. Richard Carlin, her husband of 68 years, and by her daughter Abbie Carlin, many friends and no enemies. Special thanks to Delores, Desi, and Laora who cared for Betty during her last years.

May God continue to comfort all who loved Dr. Carlin. We can all look forward to the time when death will be no more and instead of tears of sorrow there will be tears of happiness. I know she will be missed by many.
