Charles Cash

My name is Charles(Buddy)Cash and My wife Martha. We are very sorry for your families loss and ours to. Joe and Leona were wonderful people to the both of us while we lived in St Louis on Finkman street behind Joe's house. Joe introduced me to warm beer which we would have after I got of work at 7:00 am . He also made sure my yard looked nice but I never could keep up with his beautiful yard that people liked to walk barefoot on. I will also miss my calls to him on Veterans Day and Memorial Day and the other times we have called to see what went on in our old neighborhood. We will miss Joe and Leona as we have missed his brother Steve. From the Cash's in Cabot, Arkansas.

I met Joseph Harvath coming home with groceries last year while I was walking my dog. I knew he was deployed on Guadacanal as my uncle Martin Melican also was deployed there during World War II. I live up the street from Mr. Harvath and knew his devotion to his county bythe lighted American Flag and the Marine Corp Flag. I am very sorry at his passing. Please accept my deepest condolences.
Max, my dog, also passed away this winter.
