Dearest Tudy, Sorry I was such a mess, I forgot to sign the book but I hope to do so at the funeral tomorrow.
I just had to tell him SEMPER FI one last time. I thought the world of Billy He will be sorely missed I will never go into that church without looking to see if he is in his pew. I guess I will just tell him Hi and Semper Fi.

Tudy & family, my deep sympathy for your loss. I always enjoyed when Bill would call Dale Foster's office & tease me...He did have a sense of humor. May God Bless & Keep you during this difficult time.

By meeting William briefly on several occasions, and knowing him through the eyes of his granddaughter, Whitney, we know we have lost a wonderful man. God's blessings on Tudy and her family.
