Not sure what to say?

Dearest Tudy, Sorry I was such a mess, I forgot to sign the book but I hope to do so at the funeral tomorrow.

I just had to tell him SEMPER FI one last time. I thought the world of Billy He will be sorely missed I will never go into that church without looking to see if he is in his pew. I guess I will just tell him Hi and Semper Fi.

Yours in Christ Jesus, Cecil

Tudy & family, my deep sympathy for your loss. I always enjoyed when Bill would call Dale Foster's office & tease me...He did have a sense of humor. May God Bless & Keep you during this difficult time.

Bill was my parents and grandparents insurance agent for many years until I became a S.F. agent. He was very helpful in my getting started. Earl Boren

My deep sympathy to you, Tudy, and your family. I did enjoy working for Bill and over the past years he would call me and try to fool me into thinking he was one of the StateFarm executive.

By meeting William briefly on several occasions, and knowing him through the eyes of his granddaughter, Whitney, we know we have lost a wonderful man. God's blessings on Tudy and her family.
