I was shocked and saddened to learn of Kathy's death. She was a good friend to me especially at the time of my father and brother's deaths, bright, positive, nurturing, loving. Although we had grown apart, I always thought I would see her again. There is piece of my heart missing today, a sorrow I know I share with all of you touched by her.

To all the Kate's loved ones, I am so sorry for your loss.
Kate and I worked at ASH together and she was an amazing mentor and I felt like she was a friend with whom I respected for she called things as she saw them. She was a great example of many of the Sacred Heart goals. She truly lived her passion, you could see and feel it whenever she engaged with the children. I am sure the kids hearts have been forever etched with a wonderful part of Kate's spirit. Thank you Father for Kate's gifts to our world. Peace, Janine Bannon

Our hearts go out to the Keegan family. Kate became part of our family on May 31,2003. She was a very special lady and it was our priviledge to be able to call her our dear friend. We will miss her.

Mrs Keegan was a wonderful caring teacher. When I told my 18 year old the news he was shocked and said what a nice teacher she was! She will be greatly missed. Your family is in our prayers!
