James Krontz Sr. Obituary

James Paul Krontz Sr., age 71, of Bronson, passed away early Saturday morning, May 13, 2017, at Community Health Center of Branch County in Coldwater.
He was born April 13, 1946, in Butler, Ind., a son of the late Walter and Pauline Krontz.
James resided in Bronson for the past three years, coming from Orland, Ind.
He was a welder by trade and a fan of NASCAR. He enjoyed time in the outdoors.?Some of his favorite activities included fishing, gardening, camping and hunting.
He is survived by three daughters, Cynthia (Charles "Peppy") Huber of Sturgis, Janet Miller of Three Rivers and Patricia Krontz of Sturgis; five sons, James Krontz Jr. of Bronson, Jay Krontz of Three Rivers, James Isfalt of Sturgis, and Scott Krontz and Wade Krontz, both of Edmonton, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held at a later date.
The Hackman Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 114 S. Nottawa St., Sturgis, is entrusted with the arrangements.
Memorial donations would be appreciated to Eversight Michigan, 4889 Venture Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48108.
