Ruben Deschamp Obituary
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary Ann Deschamp; a son, Ruben A. Deschamp, Jr; a daughter, Kathleen A. Deschamp; a brother, Ruford Deschamp; and his parents, Ben Deschamp and Cordelia Malley.
He is survived by his children, Benford Deschamp (Michelle) of Kiln, Karen Pace (Chubby) of Poplarville, Andrea Winstead (Jake) of Ocean Springs, Donna Sue Deschamp and Merith Ann Lewis, both of Pass Christian; two sisters, Audrey Fay Dryden and Dorothy Jean Malley; two brothers, Larry Deschamp and Ben Bernie Deschamp; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty three great grandchildren.
He was a member of Wolf Creek Baptist Church and retired after 40 years as Press Operator at Indal Aluminum. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and playing cards with friends.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 8, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian with a visitation for family and friends from 10:00 AM until service time. Burial will follow at Standard Sandhill Cemetery.
