I just now learned of Bill's passing and I'm so sorry to hear this. Bill and I go back to the Eli Witt days and have so many good memories with him. My daughter Sonya and your daughter Sarah were born around the same time. Bill and I travelled together and shared personal thoughts together. He was a strong Christian and even though we haven't connected for many years I will always remember those good times. May he rest in peace.

I am saddened to hear of Bill's passing his time here on earth but overjoyed he no longer is in pain in Heaven with our Heavenly Father. While Bill and I were competitors while owned Middlebrooks United Van Lines I always had the greatest respect for Bill the businessman and even greater the man he was. I was saddened when Doyle Mullins contacted me with the news. My thoughts and Prayer are with all family and friends.

Betty and Family: Horace and I were heartbroken to hear of Bill's passing. He was such a good friend to me when we worked together at Eli Witt and although we haven't kept in contact the last few years, we thought of you both often and talked about the times we had back in Panama City. He will be missed by all who knew him, but we can hold him in our thoughts and our hearts forever.

I am so sorry to hear about Bill's passing. We were great friends at Gulf Coast, but lost contact after I went into the military. He was not only a great friend, but helped me through some very tough business courses we took together. He was a good man, and I know he will be missed.

Betty and Family,
Bill will be missed. I always tried to speak to him at car shows when I was there. He always had one of the best solid axle Corvettes and it always looked great. I am glad to say that I worked with him on several Chevy Club shows. He was a gentleman as I saw him and a friend.

Betty, I was so sorry to hear about Bill. He was such an honorable man. Loved working for him at Eli Witt. He taught me so much. I considered him more than a friend, I considered him a friend. He will be missed by many but we know he is rejoicing in Heaven with our Father, Lord and Savior!

Bill and I were in a men's Bible Study class many years ago at Celebration Baptist Church. As I remember, our teacher was the late Jimmy Powell. Although my time there was brief, Bill left a lasting impression upon me. He was a man who loved the Lord, loved his wife Betty beyond measure and adored his children. He wanted more than anything to be God's best for them. Bill also loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest. Your spirit was uplifted by being around him. As it is often said but so true concerning Bill, Our loss, heaven's gain. Our love and prayers are with Betty and the family during this time of separation for we know those in Christ will one day be reunited again.

Bill, better known to his college baseball buddies as Moeman, was one of the greatest friends a person could have. His friendliness, loyalty, sense of humor, character, and spiritual example was beyond reproach. Regardless of the environment, Bill was always steady and the foundation of the group. Both his, Betty's, and their family's courage and strength during this past nine month battle, is an example to all. Moeman, we will miss you dearly, but you will always be remembered until we once again reunite. Larry, aka Tater and Nancy Bryant

Bill was really a great guy and from what I know about him a strong Believer. He shared with me his Baseball Card Ministry. If there were more like him , this would be a much better world. I would have liked to have known him better. Heaven's gain is the world's loss. Our thoughts and Prayers are for Betty and the family .
