Javona Aliyah Glover, 23, of Tallahassee Florida, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in Tallahassee Florida.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Old West Florida Enrichment Center, 2344 Lake Bradford Road with burial at Southside Cemetery.

She was a clerk at Walgreens Pharmacy.

Javona is survived by one daughter, Ja'nya Jackson of Tallahassee, Florida; her mother, Jennifer Battles, Tallahassee Florida; her father, Demitrius Glover (Jean); her father, Harold Battles; sisters, Jabrea Battles, Jasmine Battles, Jalayla Glover, and Jalynn Glover; brothers, Darius Glover, DeAndra Glover, and Javis Glover her maternal grandparents, Emanuel and Johnnie Brown-Moore of Tallahassee; her paternal grandparents, Shaheed and Aliyah Najm; and a host of other relatives and friends.

My experience with the happy face of Javona was always a pleasant one. We knew one another only through my visits as a customer at Walgreens. The Javona with whom I became acquainted was welcoming, helpful and had an aura about her that seemed rather peaceful beyond explanation -- almost as if she had endless happy thoughts rolling through her mind. One cannot help but have that leave a positive impact on their day. I will miss her and her smile. May the Lord Bless all of the family and keep safe Javona's daughter.
