Harry Recker Obituary

RECKER, Harry Thomas of Brandon, age 62, passed away from complications due to colon cancer on Tuesday, June 17. Harry was the son of the late Robert and Winnifered Recker of Appleton, WI. The third son of four boys, Harry was a beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. Upon his passing, Harry was a resident at the LifePath Hospice House in Sun City Center. In lieu of flowers, Harry requested that donations are made to the hospice house that provided him with such peace and comfort during his final days. As per his wishes, Harry will be cremated with memorial services to follow in both Florida and Wisconsin. Harry will always be remembered with love and many smiles, and he passed away with the same strength and dignity in which he lived his life, making all those who know and love him proud to have been a part of this amazing person's life. Bon Voyage, Harry!

Harry and I worked together for many years at the Concourse Hotel in Madison. We had many laughs and good times. I will miss my E-mail buddy and friend.

I knew Harry as a teenager. What I remember most vividly is his wonderful laugh. He could light up the room.
