Roland W. Corriveau

CORRIVEAU, Roland W. Age 85, of New Port Richey, died Jan. 21, 2009, at his residence. He was born Dec. 10, 1923, in Fond du Lac, WI and relocated to Florida in 1984, coming from Little Rock, AR. He was an aeronautical engineer and co-founded the Arkansas Modification Co., a business jet modification center located in Little Rock. He was a veteran of WWII, serving with the U.S. Air Force. After his retirement he and his wife Evelyn traveled around the world. Roland was the captain of his yacht "Ezion", which he motored through the Caribbean, East Coast, Great Lakes, and the Mississippi River. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Evelyn (Kitson) Corriveau; sons, Jim, Dave and Mike; daughter, Pat Nease (Alan); grandchildren, James Corriveau, Jennifer Myers, John Paul Nease, Cory Nease, Charlotte Alexander and Chad Corriveau; great-grand- children, Meghan, Melanie, Hunter, Cody, Katie and Audrey, and best friend and loyal companion, his dog Taffy. He is predeceassed by a son, Donald. Funeral services will be held on Saturday Jan. 24, 2009, at 11 am, at North/ Meadowlawn Funeral Home, 4244 Madison St., New Port Richey. Interment will follow in Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens. Public visitation hours for Mr. Corriveau are scheduled for Friday, Jan. 23rd from 5-7 pm at North Meadowlawn, 727-849-9281
