Howard Newton Chesser

CHESSER, Howard Newton 62, passed away Oct. 21, 2011 at the V.A. Hospital. A native of Tampa, he was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a supervisor at the Tampa Dog Tracks for many years. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ann, sister, Elizabeth "Bootsie" McKnight-Fowler, who passed on Oct. 20, 2011. He is survived by his brothers Charlie (Mary), Dale, and Lonnie (Veronica); many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts; and many friends.
