My sweetest Meg- you will forever be in my heart. You were the best niece anyone could hope or ask for. Your amazing spirit and faith makes me want to be a better mother, daughter, friend, and person. You had a glow around you that could never be extinquished. I will miss you with every passing moment and never let your spirit die. My girls will miss the many trips to the beach, Gators, Caddy's, etc. with their favorite cousin. we never had a chance to meet megan, but were freshman at plant city high school. we just wanted to say were so sorry to everyone that had the honor of meeting megan, but she is in a better place now. it sounds like she was a very loving person. she must have been very special. but atleast shes not suffering now. were very sorry.

I was thrilled when I connected with Olivia in Atlanta and then to find out she was your cousin. She kept me updated on Megan's condition, it was heart breaking to find out that your beautiful daughter was ill. Just know that she is in a beautiful place in heaven and is seated on the right hand of the Father.
It feels like we just graduated as best friends, not like 30 years have passed.
I am deeply saddened by your loss and will pray for you and your family.

What a true inspiration Megan was! I got to know her personally when she & my niece cheered together. I will never forget how determined she was to participate in cheer competitions despite what she was going through. She even willingly volunteered to be a "flyer" if it would help the team, and she competed with her "trademark" hat when she lost he hair during treatment. You couldn't help but love and admire her for so many reasons!
My 2-year old daughter, Macyn, and I continued to lift "Megan and her mommy" up in prayer each night before bed. One night, I failed to mention Megan's name, and my daughter promptly reminded me that "Mommy, you missed Megan". On Wednesday night, I told my daughter that Megan wasn't sick anymore, and my precious angel proclaimed that "she is all better now". How True those sweet words are! Megan was an angel here on Earth, and I know without a doubt that she is now one of God's most beautiful angels in Heaven.
Dana - You have been the epitome of a devoted and loving Mother! I am convinced that Megan was able to battle her illness as long and as bravely as she did because of your support, constant companionship and undying love. Praise God for the belief in miracles and faith that you helped to instill within Megan. I pray that if I were ever faced with something like this, I would be able to handle it with the faith, grace and unwavering devotion that you have shown.
My family will continue to remember Megan, and will keep you all in our prayers!
