We are sad to hear of Kevin's passing. He will be remembered as a gentleman and quintessential family man. Our condolences to the Tilghman Family.

A man of valor and honor who loved to laugh and whose love for family was clearly evident in how he lived. Tis often said that what matters when all is said and done is how you lived the "dash" - that little line between the birth and death dates. His dash was full, vibrant, exciting and blessed and lived in service to others and his country. My life is better for having met and known him. Godspeed, Kevin.
