My family and I are very sorry for your loss. It gave us chills when we heard about it because almost the same exact thing happened to our family 2 1/2 years ago. Jeff was a Baltimore County police officer and was on his way to work on his motorcycle when a young girl pulled out in front of him. Both such tragedies. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

God Bless you Jason. I have good memories of you. I remember when you walked into my office looking for a job and we did it. You worked for me for awhile and we finally got you on the road which was what you wanted. So sorry I couldn't make it to the service. My deepest sympathy to the family. Jason was a a blessing to us all.

Memorial services for Deputy Jason Shoulta are as follows: visitation will be held on Thursday May 3, 2012 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., with a service to follow at Countryside Christian Church, located at 1850 McMullen Booth Rd. Clearwater, Florida. At the family's request, there will be no funeral procession after the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches

Jason was truly a professional in his duties as a deputy. Absolutely one of pinellas Counties FINEST, He was always the same nice guy with a positive outlook it seemed on everything! The entire staff at Pinellas Auto Brokers wish to extend our thoughts and prayers to his family.

Jason was a good friend and a great person. Not the fair weather variety that only extend their friendship when convenient. I could see Jason after a great while and act as if it were just a day. Jason had a smile at all times. Even in the face of stress and turmoil, that is a defining trait that I wish I had. He took things in stride and did not let the negative things in life dictate his mood or path. The agency lost a good deputy, his children lost a great dad, many lost a wonderful friend and heaven gained an awesome soul.

Jason and I had recently come together and what time we had, was amazing!! Jason had the biggest heart I have ever seen in a man, he talked about his children all the time, they were his world! He loved his motorcycle too,he was happy when he was riding! He was definitely taken from us way to soon, he had so many plans...HE will be missed very much! We will always love you Jason!!!

Jason was such a sweet man, I remember when I babysat him when he was first born.

We'll miss you so much Jason, your huge smile, your happy nature, your love of friends and family. I remember you most from when you were a little sprout and then a young married man when you came home to Paducah .....I am also thinking of John and Imogene, your special lady, and the children you have left behind......life is just not fair and it seems the good are always taken young. The pic I have of you and I on my dirt bike, age 16 (me) and you age 6, will forever mean the world to me, just as you always did.
