Joan I. Owen, 87, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach, FL.
Joan is survived by her husband of 61 years, Paul H. Owen; daughter, Leslie Bitas (Thomas) of Bronxville, NY; grandchildren, Christiana and Owen and sister, Ann Proctor, of Fort Pierce, FL.
She is predeceased by her brother, Ronald Thomson and son, David Owen.
Donations in Joan's memory may be made to Salvation Army or a charity of your choice.
Arrangements are under the care of Aycock Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL.
