Michael Dunn Obituary
OXFORD - Michael R. Dunn, 52, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy J. (Kusy) Dunn of Oxford; two brothers, Stephen J. Dunn and his wife Jeannine of Thompson, and James E. Dunn of Oxford; two sisters, Kathy E. Ryan and her husband Timothy of Sutton and Elizabeth A. Dunn of Webster; seven nephews and nieces, and three great nephews and nieces. He was born in Webster, the son of the late Ronald A. Dunn, and lived most of his life in Oxford. He graduated from Oxford High School in 1979.
Mr. Dunn worked at Gentex in Dudley for 10 years. Previously, he worked at Webster Spring Company in Oxford for 25 years. He enjoyed coaching baseball and softball in Oxford and he loved fishing. He was a skilled wood-worker and enjoyed spending time with his nephews and nieces.
A funeral will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013, from Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Roch's Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester. Calling hours are Friday, December 20, 2013, from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
