Mrs. Parsons and family,
Normand are were so sorry to hear about Mr. Parsons death. He was a huge presence in the Town of Oakham and will always be known as the unofficial mayor of the Town. He always had a great story to share while making his daily rounds around Oakham checking up on the latest project. He was so proud of his grandchildren and kept us up to date on their accomplishments. What a happy guy he was. He will be missed for sure.
