Miriam Coleman Obituary

MIRIAM EVANGELINE COLEMAN

Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon, January 31, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. from the Jason Chapel Church of the Nazarene, Pastor James Spruill officiated. Place of rest is in the McElhiney Cemetery.

Mrs. Coleman, age 87, of Dickson,TN died January 26, 2016 in South Carolina.

She was born in Ft. Wayne, IN, daughter of the late Morris Himler and Hazel Colwell. She was a retired school teacher and an ordained minister with the Church of the Nazarene. She loved people and met each day with a smile. Mrs. Coleman was a member of the Jason Chapel Church of the Nazarene. She was known by children and grandchildren as "MeeMee".

Survivors include her children, Frank Coleman, Jr. and his wife, Becky; David Coleman and his wife, Rhonda; Carey Coleman; Rachel Smith and her husband, Buddy; her ten grandchildren, David, Brandon, Shelley, Tory, Tal, Will, Andy, Al, Luke, and Chase; her seven great grandchildren, Hayden, Tyler, Caleb, Vienna, Carleigh, Dahlia and Titan. Last but not least her four legged fury companion, Trixie.

Casket bearers will be Corey Coleman, Buddy Smith, Will Gunn, Andy Gunn, Al Gunn and Luke Gunn.
