Sis Faye, the thought of not seeing Bro Sam around the church, especially during Christmas Village, breaks my heart. But I know that where he is now is a much better place than where I am right now. Please know that Trevor & I are praying for you & your family. We love you guys.

Faye,Many years have passed and we lost touch but I still remember being at your wedding and watching you shove cake in each others mouths. Remember that this is our temporary home and in the blink of an eye we will share eternity with our loved ones.My prayers are with you, David and Darlene, and family. Bonnie (Wiseman) Thomas.

So Sorry for your loss

October 31, 2012

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you Faye, your children and grandchildren. We loved Sam and will miss him greatly. We will miss him at church and miss his firm handshake every Sunday morning. How amazing that God chose to take him home on a Sunday, for that greatest handshake of all, with his Lord and Savior.

Dear Aunt Faye, Darlene & Family..My heart was heavy to hear of the passing of Uncle Jr. He was such a good man and always so thoughtful and caring..always calling to check-up on me and my family..My husband Brent thought so much of him because he knew in his heart that Uncle Jr. genuinely cared and loved me and that made my husband have such great respect for him..When you called Darlene it was such a surprise because me and Brent had just been talking about going to visit Uncle Jr. that very next Sunday and bring him his favorite dinner from the catfish house and let him met our new little grandaughter Carlee..It sadden me that I never got to do this..We always think we have time..But I know he is in a better place free of pain and I know I will see him again someday..Until then..I love you Uncle Jr. Please watch out over all of us!! Rest In Peace!!
