Survived by children, Dewayne, Donavon, Carlos, Cisneros and Tasha Crutcher, Kenya Holt; 5 grandchildren, 2 expected grandchildren; siblings, Jimmy B. (Karen) Crutcher, Ella (Bennie) Moorehead, FL, Linda and Jerry Crutcher; host of nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends. Visitation, Saturday, 12:30-1:30pm, Funeral to follow, Crystal Fountain, 1003 Russell St; Pastor, Rev. Dr. Michael E. Graves. Interment, Greenwood North. SMITH FUNERAL DIRECTORS, (615) 726-1476.
