Stanton Anno Obituary
Gallatin, TN
Stanton Michael Anno, age 22, passed away September 26, 2016. Stanton was born in Chattanooga and lived in Gallatin, TN. He graduated from Aaron Academy in 2012 and attended Vol State studying Criminal Justice. Gifted in music, playing guitar, drums, and bass, Stanton devoted a great deal of energy to the Bridge Ministry, ministering to the homeless, especially the children, in downtown Nashville. He had an amazing "servant's heart," and loved his country with a soldier's sense of patriotism.
Stanton is survived by his mother, Alane Stanton Anno; father, Michael Wayne Anno; sister, Alexa Anno, and grandparents, James E. and Katherine Stanton. The family will receive visitors at Hendersonville Funeral Home 353 E. Main Street, Hendersonville, TN on Wednesday, from 5-9 PM and Thursday at First Baptist Church of Hendersonville, 12-1 PM with the service to follow. Interment will be at Hermitage Memorial Gardens. hendersonvillefh.com (615) 824-3855

Sweet, crazy cousin of mine...you have been like a little brother and the sibling I never had, since the day you were born! Some of my best memories in life are with you Stanton! Some of THE BEST! Bermuda (u were just a baby), skiing and Christmas in Colorado, our trips to FL since u were a a lil boy, 4th of Julys, shooting bottle rockets at each other, blowing up army men, shooting many many many rounds of ammo over the years, 4 wheeling....MAN BUDDY, I FREAKING LOVE U!!!! By the way, idk if I ever told u thank u 4 being there 4 me this last christmas when I felt I had no one, you took me to your truck and let me cry it out, thank u! And last but not least, am FOREVER THANKFUL that u got to crash here at grandma's this past weekend!!!!! Had I known it was going to be last time I saw u, I would have NEVER let u go, I would have tied u up and kept u here, and made u as miserable as "getting grounded from tv on shark week", and set u up with 20 crazy job interviews like in step brothers, lol. I freaking love u man, we had a bond like no one else had! This is the hardest loss I've ever dealt with babe, PLEASE stay with me and watch over me and these kids!!!! They Loved U As Much As I do! I just can't seem to tell u enough, just how much I love u Stanton Anno!!!!!!! Can't say it enough!!!! "Did we just become best friends?!!!! YEPPPP!!!!"

Stanton was one of my best friends ever since 5th grade. I can remember all the camp outs and adventures we used to have. We had so much fun and there was always a smile on his face. God gifted me with an amazing friend. I know you'll be watching over everyone buddy, I can't wait to see you again one day.

There are and never will be words or any way to properly convey this devastation and sorrow - My heart and sincerest condolences go out to the Anno family, friends, and loved ones.. I have so many beautiful memories with Stanton that I will cherish forever and ever, and I am so grateful to have met and known him. Rest in Peace.. ❤

You used to come to my house days in a row and we would just sit in my room and talk for hours about anything and everything. You were one of the most sweetest and most wonderful guys I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I know you are looking down now and watching over all of us with a smile on your face because you are now at home, with your savior. Fly high, Stanton, you will be missed greatly.
