Joyce, you and Billy raised a fine family and were always among my favorites. He had a big heart. I always enjoyed our conversations about most anything. He will be missed physically, but you will always be connected mentally, spiritually and emotionally. I encourage you and Carroll, Theresa and Beverly to celebrate his life by remembering "Billy" stories. There are plenty of them.
