To the Bloemer Family,

We extend our sympathy and prayers to you at this time.

Mr. Joe's smooth, harmonious voice proclaimed the Word of God like no other. We especially remember his special talent at Christmastime. Thank you for sharing his talents with us.

His recitation of any Christmas classic - with his meticulously groomed striking white beard - caused many parents to direct their children's attention from the congregation to the man standing at the ambo. His rich and balanced voice gave the children one final indication of what was to happen on Christmas Eve night.

We appreciate his service to God, Country and Mankind.

May God Bless You All,

Joe was one of the finest men I ever had the pleasure of knowing. I became acquainted with him while lectoring with him at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish. He was a very dedicated and faithful servant to our parish, and a wonderful example of stewardship for us all. Our ministry, our church and all of his friends will miss his presence in our lives. He's gone home to the the place he spent his life preparing for. Thanks for sharing your gifts with us Joe!!!
