Prentice Bryant Obituary

Prentice Bryant, 82, of Lawrenceburg, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at St. Joseph Hospital Hospice Care Center in Lexington.
Mr. Bryant was born in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky to the late Charles and Ethyl Bryant. He was retired from the Air Force and International Harvester where he worked for 44 years. He was also a member of Sand Spring Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg.
Mr. Bryant is survived by one niece, Linda Schureman, of Frankfort.
Besides his parents, Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by his eight brothers, William Norris Bryant; Harold Kanaugh Bryant; Shermon Dee Bryant; Forest Bryant; Richard Allen Bryant; Carlton Lee Bryant; David Bryant; and J.B . Bryant.
Funeral services will be Friday April 24, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Gash Memorial Chapel with Dr. Mike Hamrick officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 663 Teton Trail, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
Casket bearers will be Chris Bryant, Chris Cummins, P.C. Bryant, Billy Bryant, Jamie Kays, David Buntain, Carlos Bryant, Todd Drury, Ashley Drury and Bobby Denhart.
