Terry is survived by his mother, Linda G. Blankenship Bounds, son, Randall Paul Sledge (Jennifer), daughters, Cassandra Gail Manookin (Jason), Christine Grace, and Roberta Mae Sledge, his best friend, Kimberly Ann Boone, uncle, Mark Blankenship (Rae), grandchildren, Ezekiel Maximus-Paul, Karma Claire, Gwenevere Hope, and Charles Randall Sledge, nieces, Tina Spencer, Toni Schutz, and Angel Blankenship, nephews, Brandon and Skyler Blankenship.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 3rd at Crestlawn Memorial Park. Online guest book: www.rollerfuneralhomes.com.

Our hearts are just broken into. The loss of Terry is such a shock and hard to swallow. Terry was a great friend full of wisdom and a wonderful help and blessing to Tyler and all he is going thru. Terry will be greatly missed. please know our thoughts & prayers are with you all. God Bless

I want all of you to know that I feel for your loss!!! Terry was a very funny person and was good to us, I have to share that one day I was working with Corey and he let out a yep and I looked at him and told him he sounded like Terry!! We use to dig rock together and he would yep like Corey did that day!! My Prayers to all of you it hurt to loss your loved one and he did love each and all of you!!
