Dr Smith was a wonderful doctor and a wonderful man. He saved my life. Thank you for all you have done for me. Above and beyond what was called for. When I no longer had insurance you always made it easy on me when I came in. I will truly miss you.

It is because of Dr. Smith that I am able to enjoy my family and all the grandchildren I now have. Thirty years ago I became very ill and it was due to his care that I had a full recovery. He will always be remembered. May God bless your family.
